Bull Shoals and Norfork Lake

Formed in deep hill valleys, the lakes are bordered by wooded slopes, rocky bluffs and inviting beaches. These lakes are beautiful by any standards.

The water is clear and the vast water surface area there seems to be virtually uncrowded, even at the busiest times. This is a feature that vacationers appreciate. A relaxed pace, a peaceful setting, acres and acres of sparkling water to play in; Bull Shoals and Norfork Lakes both offer all this and more.

Bulls Shoals and Norfork Lakes are known for their excellent black bass, crappie, walleye, white bass and white bass/striped bass hybrids. The Corps of Engineers provides several public-use campgrounds, some with RV parks, as well.

In addition to fishing, a year-round sport here, the lakes are ideal for swimming, pleasure boating, water skiing, tubing, canoeing, sailing, scuba diving and sun bathing.
